Nominations are now being accepted for the 2026 Field Advisor Awards, which recognize outstanding Illinois Certified Crop Advisers (CCAs) who make a meaningful impact on soybean production across the state.
Master Adviser Award
Established in 2016, the Master Adviser Award honors Illinois CCAs who play a significant role in advancing soybean production. The award acknowledges advisers who provide farmers with insight and guidance to improve yield and profitability. Eligible nominees must hold an active CCA certification, be engaged in soybean management, and work directly with farmers.
Dave Rahe Excellence in Soils Consulting Award
This award recognizes one Illinois CCA for exceptional soils consulting within soybean systems. It is named in honor of former CCA Soy Envoy Dave Rahe, who passed away in 2020. Throughout his career, Rahe dedicated himself to soil management and contributed numerous resources for Field Advisor on topics such as soil compaction, micronutrient management, and cover crops.
How to Nominate
