Do you produce high-quality soybeans? This is your chance to find out! At no cost, you can send in a sample from your 2025 soybean harvest—postage included—and receive test results in mid-December. The full survey report will be published in January 2026 at z.umn.edu/soybean-quality, where past reports are also available.
When you provide company and variety information with your sample, you’re also contributing to research that helps identify which varieties deliver the highest quality. All individual results are kept confidential—only aggregate data is used in the final report.
Dr. Seth Naeve, Professor of Agronomy and Plant Genetics at the University of Minnesota, is leading the Annual Soybean Quality Survey, which has been documenting U.S. soybean quality since 1986. This effort is made possible by funding from the United Soybean Board, and your participation supports the U.S. Soybean Export Council’s international marketing programs on behalf of the Soybean Checkoff.
How to participate:
Request your kit by filling out this Google Form. Each kit includes instructions and a postage-paid sample bag. The priority deadline is October 20, but samples will be accepted through mid-December.
Thank you for contributing—every sample counts!
