Nominations are now open for the 2025 Master Adviser Award and the Dave Rahe Excellence in Soils Consulting Award. These prestigious awards recognize the outstanding contributions of Certified Crop Advisers (CCAs) in Illinois who are driving progress in crop production.  

 The Master Adviser Award, established in 2016, honors CCAs who provide guidance to soybean farmers, helping them improve yield and profitability. Any active Illinois CCA involved in soybean management is eligible for nomination. Last year’s recipient was Jason Carr, Soybean Technical Product Manager with Bayer Crop Science, from El Paso, IL.  The Dave Rahe Excellence in Soils Consulting Award highlights CCAs with exceptional skills in soils consulting. Named in honor of Dave Rahe, a 2019 Illinois Soy Envoy and a dedicated soil management specialist, this award pays tribute to his legacy. The 2024 recipient was Terry Wyciskalla, owner of Wyciskalla Consulting, in Nashville, IL. Submit your nomination here: https://bit.ly/25_DaveRaheAward
